What is General English?
General English courses develop the overall command of English in all areas. They focus on developing the language and skills necessary for effective everyday communication across a wide range of different contexts and situations.
The General English Course is in five main stages.
1. Beginner (Level 01 - Level 02 - Level 03)
2. Elementary (Level 1- Level 2 - Level 3)
3. Intermediate (Level 4 - Level 5 - Level 6)
4. Upper-Intermediate (Level 7 – Level 8 – Level 9)
5. Advanced (Level 10 – Level 11 – Level 12)
What is Conversation English?
A conversation course is a short topic based English course aimed at improving your confidence in speaking and listening. It also lets students speak with greater accuracy and fluency in common everyday situations, work on their pronunciation, and improve their listening abilities. Conversation courses complement the General English program by providing lessons which focus specifically on oral communication skills.
The Conversation English Course is in four stages:
1. Basic "Low-Intermediate" (Level 1A - Level 1B)
2. Intermediate (Level 2A - Level 2B)
3. High Intermediate (Level 3A – Level 3B)
4. Advanced (Level 4A – Level 4B)
Business English is English especially related to international trade. It is a part of English for Specific Purposes and can be considered a specialism within English language learning and teaching. Business English focuses on English used in the universe of commerce, trade, finance, professions, politics and international relations. It also includes a variety of functions: marketing, branding, customer relations, consumer behavior, advertising, public relations, media relations, corporate communication, community engagement, research & measurement, reputation management, interpersonal communication, employee engagement, online communication, and event management.

TOEFL is abbreviation for Test of English as a Foreign Language. It is a test developed by ETS Educational Testing Service in Princeton University, USA. The goal of TOEFL is to estimate a level of English language of foreigner speakers. Many of them need to pass TOEFL to enter 240 universities of USA and Canada, many colleges in other English-speaking countries; business-structures and 150 world countries accept TOEFL certificates. TOEFL used to evaluate English language skills by government structures, international organizations giving educational grants and many license and certificate organizations around the world.
TOEFL is mainly divided into two main categories: Local "institutional" and International. The American Language Center offers local training and testing services. It also prepares students for the International Based Test (IPT). Students registering for training should sit for a placement test which mainly aims at acknowledging how many studying hours each students needs in terms of the main components of the test.
